The Home Counties & London division of Butler Rose are a highly experienced and successful team of recruiters, so you'll be working alongside the best! Operating out of fantastic offices (with onsite restaurant and plenty of free parking) conveniently located on the outskirts of Hitchin/Luton. That said we are all for flexible working, so you'll have the freedom to work from the office and from home to suit you!
What is Recruitment?
As a recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
