Based: Abingdon OX14 - Full time based on site
Salary: £32,000 + 25 days paid annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays + company benefits package, training, and career progression
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Title of Position: Trainee Project Manager

Title Position Reports to: Project Delivery & Contract Support Manager
ob Purpose

Support the winning and management of Projects and Extra Works on the clients site & Local Sites from initial enquiry though to completion and handover.
Provide administrative support to the Project Delivery & Contract Support Manager
Provide a point of contact for local buildingsAccountabilities

Assist with the tendering and analysis of the returns as required
Ensure Project Heath and Safety Files are produced to an acceptable standard
Facilitate a customer-focused service delivery on project works upcoming and ongoing.
Efficiently deal with Project works o Assist in Raising of Sub Contractor Agreements
o Raising Purchase Orders
o Administering applications for payment in line with company guidelines

Assistance with the proactive planning of Project works to ensure completion within programme.
Arranging access to site for suppliers
Arranging the attendance of subcontractors in relation to project works.
Support coordination and management of projects
Maintain excellent client relationships, contract and client records
Allocating of works to Sub-Contractors
Keep track of and report on project progress
Following up on outdated works and works not completed with Sub-Contractors.
Attend Project meetings as required. Take minutes and distribute.
Operate the "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries and invoice queries in line with company policies
Upload documentation such as invoices, service sheets etc to the client shared network
Check job sheets to ensure accuracy where necessary including labour, materials, and subcontractor costs.
Interact with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver Projects.
Provide first line of contact for local sites
Support the company administrative department as required.
Provide holiday/sick cover as needed to ensure business contingency.
Completing mandatory training as required.
Produce Monthly Reports for projects and operational sites as required
Other duties as directed by the Project Delivery & Contract Support Managerealth & Safety
Internal

Interface with onsite Team, Central, designers, buyers, estimators, Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Department, Finance, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Department, Quality Assurance (QA) and Human Resource (HR) Department.
External

Interface with Client Helpdesk, Management Team, suppliers and sub-contractors
