We have an exciting opportunity on our books for a Trainee Order Processor to be a part of a successful company who provide Plumbing, Heating and Electrical solutions and certificates nationwide to over 9000 tenants.
Your duties include:
- Processing customers orders onto the system.
- Transferring calls and forwarding emails to the appropriate team when required.
- Highlighting issues contained within works orders to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Adding notes to work orders to highlight issues and updates and customer communications.
- Performing any other administrative duties where required.

Its critical to have excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills due to the nature of the job. You will need to be computer literate due to the range of software packages youll be switching between daily. If youre bubbly, enthusiastic and keen to get your teeth sunk in then this could be for you!
