Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee Mortgage Broker. The Trainee Mortgage Broker will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful mortgage broker.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Participation: Actively engage in the company's structured training program, covering mortgage regulations, lending practices, financial products, and sales techniques.
2. Shadowing Senior Brokers: Observe and learn from experienced mortgage brokers during client meetings, loan applications, and negotiations.
3. Client Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
4. Market Research: Conduct research on mortgage trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.
5. Application Processing: Learn to process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
6. Documentation Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the mortgage application process.
7. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and support marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
