TRAINEE MORTGAGE ADVISOR
We are working on behalf of a successful mortgage brokerage based near Wakefield. This is an excellent position to join a growing business as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. RESPONSIBILTIES:
Meet with your clients in person, or over the phone
Explain different types of mortgage products and assess which type of mortgage would be most suitable for each client
Check affordability for clients
Sell financial related products
Help clients complete the mortgage application
Liaise with mortgage lenders and estate agents
Keep up to date with new mortgage products and regulations
respect your client's right to confidentiality
Understand the FCA regulations and ensure you meet these
Meet KPI's and targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Highly numerate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven and self- motivated
Good organisation and strong attention to detail
Demonstrates a positive attitude
