LOCATION: Skegness

JOB TITLE: Trainee Manager Programme

SALARY & BENEFITS: £23,000-£24,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience)

WORKING HOURS: Minimum 37.5 hours a week + additional hours necessary to meet the requirements of the role

THE ROLE: They are now seeking applications for our exciting new Trainee Manager Programme .

The 24 month Trainee Manager Programme programme will commence in late September 2018 and includes a mix of training with on-the-job learning as well as mentoring support. You'll gain a wide range of experience throughout the business and develop an understanding of our SKIEs values, which are at the heart of everything we do:

The role will be based Predominantly at the Skegness sites with regular attendance at other sites as and when needed

THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicants for the Trainee Manager Programme will ideally have a minimum 2:1 degree in a Science, IT or Business related field, a passion for innovation and a professional approach to all that they do. You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills. It's also important that you share our values and possess the right attitude to help us deliver our purpose:
