About this Apprenticeship

Do you want to become a wealth adviser? Do you have some or all of your level 4 diploma?

This is a home based role, but you will need to be within 45 minutes of the centre of Reading

On offer is a true trainee wealth adviser role with a highly successful firm who have experienced and have excellent relationships with their clients who provide constant positive feedback.

They have grown every year by c.30% by looking after their clients well and benefitting from a high number of referrals (friends family etc) as a result of this. Our people are critical so are given excellent support and a high degree of flexibility and freedom.

The right candidate would be self motivated and a self starter. The ability to work effectively at Home and to enjoy client contact is vital.

As a flourishing small business there is a significant opportunity here for the right individual. The Principal will be looking for a long term succession plan over the next 5/10 years. His plan is to remain active in the business but to bring others into the ownership model. Earnings potential is high with salaries above the norm and client opportunity to earn more through additional fee income on new business. Ultimately, the Principal is vey open to a long term strategy that includes others sharing in the value of the business. The right individual will be looking at clients to match their skill and determination. A driven individual wanting access to better clients can achieve this and improve earnings each and every year.

Ultimately, a role simply servicing existing clients would always be available but there is a significant opportunity to increase earnings and progress quickly.

They would be happy to fully support the right recruit in their desire for further professional qualifications with time and financial help towards this if wanted.
