Our client is a Leading Digital Healthcare provider looking to add another Entry Level Customer Service to their fantastic team in Newcastle!
Salary: £18,525 per annum
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (37.5 hours per week, hybrid working)
Your Responsibilities:
* Arranging medical appointments for clients applying for Life Insurance
* Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
* General administration duties
* Making telephone calls to/from Instructing Party, Doctors, Hospitals, clients
* Answering the telephone; ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally
* Scan documents onto company system
* Assist in the training of new staff
* Chasing and uploading reports and blood results
* To assist with the postal duties
