MS434 Trainee Commercial Energy Assessor
Location: Coventry (must be based within 1 hour from Coventry)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Commercial Energy Assessor on behalf of one of our Clients.
Our Client is keen to offer training opportunities to Veterans from all 3 services who are keen to learn & progress their career within the Energy Sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to learn about energy assessment methods, regulations, and software tools.
- Assist senior assessors in conducting energy assessments for a range of commercial properties.
- Collect and analyse data related to energy consumption and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Identifying and exploring options to enhance the buildings performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to energy efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various work sites.
