KPI Recruiting are currently working with an organisation based in Northwich to recruit a Trainee Office Administrator. The company have been established for over 70 years and provide a range of services to clients across the UK including warehousing and distribution, bulk storage and packaging. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their career within an office environment and someone who wants to learn and develop within a company with plenty of support and training!
Key Duties:
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Updating documents and the internal database
- Filing/archiving
- Processing customer orders
- Raising invoices and logging invoices on to the system
- Liaising with customers
- Responding to general enquiries
- Logging deliveries in and out of the business
Key Skills Required:
- Self motivated
- Eager to learn
- Proficient on systems including MS Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Team Player
- 6-12 months office experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Hours: Full time- Monday-Friday
