Sales Executive Apprenticeship
You will earn £15,000 a year starting salary with an opportunity to progress to £16,500 in less than 18 months + benefits

What is involved in a E.ON Sales Executive Apprenticeship?
We take our Apprentices very seriously. You have the potential to be our future and we want to give you the opportunity to learn and develop in a leading energy company. As an Apprentice at E.ON you will be gaining valuable work experience whilst working towards achieving a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship Standard, following a structured on and off the job learning program.
At the beginning you will be involved in a 3-month development programme which will prepare you for the rest of your learning journey. Whilst on your Apprenticeship you will play a vital role in managing growing and developing a portfolio of small volume client relationships in order to achieve sales targets. This role is not just about managing a portfolio; it's about building strong and trusting relationships with customers and third party intermediaries (TPIs), encouraging them to think differently and introducing them to the E.ON' Solutions offering. You'll also be empowered to price and negotiate customer energy contracts whilst managing a portfolio of TPIs Additionally, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in exciting business and community projects where you will develop a whole range of other skills that you don't always get by sitting at a desk.
For those who complete the Apprenticeship there will be an opportunity to take up a permanent, full time role within E.ON, with the additional opportunity to carry on studying for more qualifications whilst earning a very competitive salary.
Not only will you be gaining valuable experience with a leading energy company, with this Apprenticeship you will gain additional qualifications, equivalent to a HNC or HND.

From the experience day, all applicants will be contacted and successful applicants will be offered a provisional offer of employment. This is subject to a successful screening process prior to start which includes a CRB (criminal record check)
Additional Information
Please ensure you have your application in before the closing date as we will be reviewing applications on a frequent basis. Applicants will need to be able to attend our assessment centre which will be held in on in our Coventry office.
Shortlisted Candidates will be required to attend an assesment centre 25 January 2019.
Successful candidates will be required to start in March 2019
