We work with most of the UK’s travel companies including airlines, cruise companies, travel agents, tour operators and business travel companies.
We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator with excellent communication skills to join our office in Angel Islington.
We operate in a fast paced and results driven environment.
Predominantly, the role of the Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator is to generate new candidates and to provide administration support to two Managing Consultants.
Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator Responsibilities:
· Sourcing candidates through existing database, job boards, advertising, social media and referrals.
· Responsible for updating and cleansing internal CRM database.
· Headhunting suitable candidates for specific roles.
· Entering new jobs on the internal CRM
· Creating adverts for new roles and posting them on the relevant job boards
· Working towards daily/weekly/monthly target, responsible for delivering on set targets.
Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required
· Well-developed skills in Word Processing (e.g. Microsoft Word), Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) Emails (e.g. Outlook)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter who is goal oriented and has a proven experience of working with a matter of urgency.
· Goal orientated mind-set
· Excellent Attention to detail
· Travel industry experience is preferred but not essential
