As part of their commitment to nurturing talent, they are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join the team in the capacity of either a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or a candidate with good a level maths qualification to begin a Degree Apprenticeship.

Role Overview:

You will be involved in diverse and challenging projects, gaining hands-on experience and exposure within the M&E sector. The role will be based from the London office, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to assist in the cost management process
Contribute to the preparation of estimates, budgets, and cost plans
Assist in the analysis of construction costs, identifying areas for optimization
Participate in the procurement process, including tendering and contract administration
Engage in project valuation and assessment of variations
Utilize excellent mathematical acumen to perform accurate calculations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts


A degree in Quantity Surveying for Graduate QS roles
Strong A level qualifications for degree apprenticeship.
Excellent mathematical acumen and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
