Position Overview:

As a Psychology Graduate you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and academic success of students. Main Responsibilities of a Psychology Graduate:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may benefit from social-emotional guidance, behaviour management, or academic assistance.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' social and emotional needs, as well as learning challenges, and collaborate with the school's counselling and special education teams.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address students' emotional, social, and behavioural concerns, working closely with teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide guidance on classroom strategies and techniques to support students' psychological and emotional well-being.

Main Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, as well as psychology principles and theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with educational and psychological assessment tools is a plus.
