The aim of the role is to support people with mental health suport needs into employment. Referrals come from the NHS. And you will typically have around 4 - 5 meetings a day (usually on Teams) which will be a combination of assessing them / and putting in a plan. Along with ongoing coaching and support (factoring in theor mental health support needs).
