Are you looking to launch your career as a Housing Solicitor? My client a re-known Law Firm are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Team on a Trainee Solicitor basis to gain valuable experience and qualify as a Solicitor!
We are searching for a experienced Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor to join our clients dynamic Housing team. To be eligible for consideration you MUST have completed a minimum of 12 months as a paralegal within a housing department and handled Legal Aid matters. Ideally you will have either completed your Legal Practice Course, or be in the process of doing so or passed the SQE1 Exams.
The Trainee Solicitors will have the chance to work on some of the most pressing legal problems in society. You will gain experience in housing law, tenancy advice, homelessness, eviction and housing disrepair, helping individuals and families to secure the legal protection they need.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail, an enthusiasm for helping others and a commitment to developing an in-depth knowledge of the law.
You will benefit from the support of experienced colleagues, who will provide guidance and supervision on all legal tasks. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of our in-house training programmes and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of legal practice and of course a guaranteed qualifying Training Contract route!
