MET Strip Fitter
Location: Aldershot
Basic Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Time saved Bonus (Uncapped £50K+)
Hours: 40 or 45 hour weeks available Monday - Friday ( 1 in every 3-4 Saturdays - paid at 1.5x hourly rate)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a talented and efficient MET Strip Fitter/Technician to join this leading team. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state of the art body shop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.
Qualifications required for an MET Strip Fitter/Technician:
- Will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter/Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ)
- Must have previous experience working as a MET Technician/ Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours
- Have experience with Geometry work and 4 wheel Alignment
- Will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- Diagnostic training
Duties of an MET Strip Fitter/Technician:
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
- Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
