We are looking for Learning and Development apprentice who will support the operations team in to ensure learning and development contributes to, and influences, improved performance in the wider team. They will help to align learning needs with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the business line and are comfortable in delivering training digitally or face to face to individuals or group of employees. This role will contribute to the creation of training content, the delivery of training and monitor its compliance.

As a Learning and Development Partner apprentice at Amazon, you’ll gain a vast range of useful experiences and skills. While working towards the level 5 Learning and development consultant business partner apprenticeship standard

You will build your skills over a 24 month fixed term contract starting in June, working with Associate experience team and supporting the data driven decision making of our business from our London office. You would be working closely with multiple business functions that as operations which will help you develop personally and professionally across the 2 years.

You will attend sessions to cover four main areas;

· Classroom based training,
· On-the-job training,
· Online learning,
· Mentoring from our team members.

Alongside extensive development of your technical skills, you will also grow your abilities in crucial complementary areas like organization, prioritization, data analysis and problem solving techniques, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.

What we are looking for

Candidates should be 18 years or over and have the right to live and work in England. You have a good fundamental understanding of learning and development, gained through formal experience or training up to level 3. You have the ability to think creatively and apply analytical and problem solving skills, driving issues to resolution.
