About this Apprenticeship

Our Swindon based Client are looking for an Apprentice to join their Development Scheme, gaining working experience across a Service Desk role while balancing classroom based learning. The role will also give you the opportunity to gain Security Clearance (SC), so please only apply if you are eligible.

The starting salary is 18,000. After a few months this will rise to 20,000 (depending on how quickly you advance through the learning stages), and at the end of the process you will move into a guaranteed role within the service desk, paying 25,000, with plenty of opportunity to move across the team onto new parts of the business.

Due to the nature of the role, it will include working to a shift pattern across a 24/7 basis with a set pattern to be discussed.

As an IT Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of IT roles. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in IT while working closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
