Are you looking to develop your HR administrative career? Maybe you're also keen to get further involved in innovative graduate recruitment activities. Our client is a well-established financial services organisation experiencing dynamic growth and looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the HR function by supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll work with line managers to identify training needs, organise training sessions and keep skills matrices current, ensuring our employees remain at the top of their game.

But that's not all. Besides your HR duties, you'll also assist in our graduate recruitment activities. For example, you'll be involved in crafting and executing Early Careers attraction strategies. Plus, you'll provide admin support for events and assessment days. You will also attend Graduate Careers Fairs and other similar events to raise awareness of our client's brand. You will proactively engage with undergraduates promoting our client's graduate development programme. This is a rare opportunity for a confident and experienced HR Assistant with existing experience in graduate recruitment and emerging talent.

Ideally, you will have a university degree in a relevant business or HR related subject. You should also be interested in ongoing study towards a CIPD level 3 & 5 qualification. You will be computer literate and highly organised. You'll also need excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

If you're looking to boost your HR career while getting involved with a range of graduate recruitment activities, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday and office based. Hybrid working is currently not available.
