As HR Apprentice, you'll be flexible & adaptable, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, you will be enthusiastic with a positive outlook, have excellent attention to detail and be a team player with good organisational and communications skills.

Encirc makes, fills, and distributes glass bottles and jars. We are market leaders in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling, and logistics solutions for the UK and Irish food and beverages industries. As our next HR Apprentice, you'll be working towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration alongside supporting the smooth running of Encirc's early talent programmes, including apprenticeships and work experience placements. This will include maintaining accurate records, researching local careers events to promote Encirc and responding to enquires received via multiple channels. You will also provide administrative support to the wider Talent Team.

The Key Requirements

  • A strong academic background - minimum of 5 GCSE, including Math's and English at Grades A to C or 9 to 4
