Our client is looking for a great customer service person to join their call centre team in January 2024 at their offices in Reading at an extremely exciting time of growth in the business.
You will be the first point of contact for their customers who are looking to have their query solved quickly and efficiently. You will only be dealing with incoming calls. There will be a wide range of customer enquiries for you to deal with - putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You will need strong customer service skills, great communication skills and some office or call centre experience. The organisation will offer you a full 8-week training programme to give you the confidence to answer these calls and to enable you to do your job brilliantly!
The role is based in central Reading and can be hybrid. 2 days at home and 3 in the office or you can be full time in the office. You would need to be in the office every day for the 8 week training period.

Starting salary is 22,000 but this will rise to 24,400 after your 6-month probationary period.
