Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be representing a Specialist Planning Consultancy in Banbury, Oxfordshire who is looking to expand their planning team through the appointment of a Graduate Town Planner.
The position of Graduate Town Planner has a demanding and wide-ranging workload and the successful candidate will be working alongside a talented team to support multi-national corporations, volume house builders, major landowners, local authorities, government bodies and individuals on a range of planning projects in the residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail and renewable energy sectors.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates should hold/demonstrate;
-an RTPI qualification (or related)
-previous planning experience is advantageous, though not essential
-be highly motivated WITH a passion for planning
-bottomless positivity
-a team player mentality
-good communicator (both written and oral).
