An Outstanding 3 form-entry Primary School in Croydon are currently looking for recent university Graduates with teaching aspirations to join their support staff team this new academic year supporting children in KS1 and KS2 classes. This is a fantastic oppurtunity for passionate graduates to gain hands-on experience in a mainstream primary school. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will working 1:1 with pupils working below age-expected targets, and pupils with special educational needs including Autism, supporting them with their classwork, encouraging their interaction and engagement in lessons, and supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons.
- A relevant degree or TA qualification.
- Previous experience working with children.
- Experience supporting children with SEN.
- Passionate about providing superb standard of academic and social support.
- Supportive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
