Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to support students in both classroom and one-to-one environments.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students with diverse needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
- Adapt and be flexible in your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Contribute to the overall organization and success of the classroom.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- A passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with groups of students and providing one-to-one support.
- A dedication to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
