On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor looking to join a reputable firm of Surveyors, you will work on a variety of technically interesting projects. You will be working for a well-respected company that will support your career progression, with support to chartership and provide an excellent training program.
With a notable reputation the company have ambitious growth plans heading into 2024 and a large pipeline of work. They are now looking at bringing on a Graduate Building Surveyor for their London office to help with these growth plans.
As a Graduate you will be shadowing one of their Senior Surveyors with the intention of becoming a fully qualified Building Surveyor. During your tenure you will be given a structured plan as to where the consultancy can support you and provide you with excellent training whilst you learn on the job. In the role, you will be primarily office based to begin with as you develop your skillset and learn from the other highly qualified Surveyors. As you gain more autonomy in the role you will be required to visits sites and carry out surveys enabling you to write up reports.
This role would therefore ideally suit someone with a Building Surveying degree who is looking for a long term career path in Building Surveying. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and is keen to progress to with their APC.
