You ll learn the products, systems and solutions CST offers, and how to develop new business opportunities to sell them.
Structured training program includes accompanying the salespeople on client visits, trade shows and project installations, and time spent with the Technical, Production & Customer Service departments.
You'll get warm accounts to start, and prospect from comprehensive database, respond to marketing leads, source prospects from LinkedIn and do market research.
You will learn how to prepare quotes, make alterations to original plans, upsell our range and promote upgrades where indicated.
The role is office-based and telephone-driven. Over time you'll develop your own accounts to grow, which will include face-to-face meetings.
This is a consultative sales process, where listening carefully to potential clients, asking the right questions, and understanding what we can offer will lead to your success. The right person for the role will have:
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Genuine curiousity and enthusiasm in our market and products
Self-motivation and a positive attitude
A year's experience in hospitality - restaurants, pubs, hotels or similar
Current UK drivers license
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Preferably a year's sales experience
You must live within a reasonable commute of our office in Elstree, Hertfordshire
