Role Summary Working across the multi-disciplined marketing team you will create campaigns with our commercial and cruise partners to ensure that we increase sales. You will work across on and offline media all the way to reporting ROI.

Main Responsibilities

Create marketing plans with timelines and budgets across the marketing mix

Brief, seek approval and implement

Produce reports on activity undertaken

Produce emails, social media posts and content

Update website

Manage seo and ppc accounts

Present to various stakeholders on activity and campaigns


Degree in Marketing or Digital marketing

Willing to work towards qualifications to assist with their own personal development

Knowledge required

Strong understanding of marketing strategies and marketing mix

Ability to easily navigate and use Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel


Effective written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

Ability to prioritise workload

Ability to work on own initiative


Ability to work solely and as a member of the team

Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relations both internally and externally
