Graduate Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - In this role, you will provide invaluable support to students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and assistance they require to thrive in their education. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, your primary responsibility is to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
2. Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Your role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant is versatile and may include working with students individually or in small groups, assisting with classroom activities, and implementing strategies to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• To excel in this role, you should be a compassionate and adaptable graduate with a strong desire to support students in their educational journey. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential.
• As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you should be patient, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. Your commitment to helping students reach their full potential is key to your success.
• Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer-recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
