Avanti Recruitment is working with a market-leading Software Development company who specialise in Marine Assurance software. Due to the continued growth and expansion of the client base, we are now looking for a Junior/Graduate .NET Developer to join their established and experienced development team in Birmingham. They have a global client base, predominantly made up of large Energy companies.
You do not need commercial experience working with C#/.NET (although advantageous) to join the company. Full training and mentorship will be provided in the latest .NET technologies such as Blazor & .NET Core.
Their office is based in Birmingham and they work on a hybrid basis with Tuesdays & Thursdays on-site and 3 days remote a week.
The work you do will have a real-world impact helping to reduce large-scale accidents on the sea! You will be working on Web development, Desktop, Mobile and Web APIs.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team of technical developers and engineers who can provide excellent market knowledge and mentor you to become a well-established Developer. The company itself has a track record of training, developing and upskilling staff and prides itself on the great career opportunities it can provide.
We are looking for bright Graduates and Junior Developers who are keen to join a skilled and experienced engineering team working with the latest technologies, and solving real-world challenges.

The role Offers a salary of up to 30,000 with hybrid working, 30 days holiday plus BHs, Training, a 5% matched pension and more.
