- Liaising with the design team and clients
- Ensuring outputs meet the required standards
- Meeting agreed deadlines
- Working as a member of a team
- Contributing to providing solutions to problems
- Working primarily in an office environment and carrying out site inspections
If you join us, you will become integral to a fast-growing practice with the possibility of eventually becoming a senior project engineer at the company.
This degree apprenticeship offers a direct, fully funded pathway to professional qualification, combining undergraduate education with on the job training and contribution to real-life projects. Apprentice engineers will graduate from this scheme with both the theoretical knowledge and practical industry experience necessary to become brilliant engineers.
The apprenticeship will run over a five-year period in which you will undertake a supervised programme of work-based training and university study on a day release program. You will study towards a Civil Engineering (BEng) undergraduate degree with qualification milestones every two years leading to a fully accredited degree at the end of the six years.
Upon successful completion of the degree and end-point assessment, you will meet the requirements needed to reach Incorporated Engineer status with the Institute of Civil Engineers.
After the apprenticeship, we expect you to continue to grow your career with us and there is no limitation to the level you can rise to.
