Our client, an established and trusted mutual financial services provider based in historic Bath has an opportunity to work within the branch network, providing support to customers in branch and Head Office. They are focused on savings and mortgages and believe in mutuality and delivering sustainable growth for members rather than just focusing on profit.
The role is primarily to provide customer service and administration support for members and savers who chose to transact with us remotely but also to provide support and stand in for colleagues who are based in our branches.
You will be helping customers open, manage and operate their savings accounts and be the first point of call for all customer queries for customers choosing to contact us by direct channels including 'Bath Online', email, web chat, post, and telephone. When necessary, this will also include face to face in our branches - 2 based in Bath.

The hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and one in four Saturdays 9am-1pm.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have good computer literacy, as well as experience in a customer facing role. You will have good communication skills both oral and spoken and, you have the ability to take ownership of customer queries and complaints but still enjoy working as part of a team.
