In this role you’ll be putting your customer’s front and center of what you do. Keeping the nation connected through the internet and making it easy for our engineers to deliver a great service.
What will you be doing?
You will be working with teams across Openreach to plan and provide services to our customers and engineers. You’ll be working in our office providing an experience that will surprise and delight. Whether you’re talking to members of the public who are reporting a damaged telephone pole, owning a complex fibre order, or undertaking planning and design activities on Openreach’s network, you’ll amaze them with your brilliant and personable attitude.

We are we offering?
We offer a world class 18-24 month Apprenticeship training programme, great career opportunities and a competitive salary. A starting salary of £16,422. Increasing by £3000 per annum during the apprenticeship and then you’ll move to a minimum of £24,000 +10% bonus.
You will gain a level 3 qualification and have the opportunity to continuing training for one of our specialist roles with a higher salary.
