Detailed Job Description:

Remit are recruiting on behalf of National Highways for a Customer Service Apprentice.In this role you will join an energetic team who are constantly striving to improve customer service through providing accurate first-line HR support. You can expect to:Develop expert knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, and procedures in order to support and guide our employeesDeal with high volumes of HR calls to provide first line advice and resolve customer queries within service level agreementsDeal with escalations of complex queries or cases and collaborate with other HR functionsBe involved in administering and transacting employee data changes in HR systemsThis role is to start in September 2022
