Role Overview
The primary role of the Trainee Site Supervisor is to assist and support the Site/Works Manager to manage the safe and effective running of the project ensuring that all relevant Company Group Standards and procedures are met in accordance with the IBMS. The role requires the use of own car to enable site and office visits accordingly.
Job Description
L4 Construction Site Supervisor role will predominantly involve working under a site supervisor to assist with the effective running of a construction site and include duties such as follows:
* Supporting supervision of specialist contractors
* Assist in control of health and safety standards on construction projects
* Support with recording, control, and reporting of progress on a construction project
* Assist with minimization of the environmental impact of construction projects
* Involvement with the quality control of works for a construction project
* Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
* Support engineering teams with setting out and surveying functions
* Assist with project document control
* Under supervision prepare, issue, and monitor various site required permits to work
* Support the site team with the induction and registration process
