If so, we are seeking a Research and Design professional to join a collaborative team of six at a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing site in Wrexham, employing nearly 100 professionals.

The company specialises in designing and manufacturing products supporting the medical and healthcare markets, consistently investing in technology and staff development.

Offering a competitive salary of up to 33,000 per year, the position involves a 36.25-hour workweek from Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm), along with 25 days of holiday, a pension plan of up to 11% (7% employer contribution and 4% employee contribution), a BUPA cash plan, and a discretionary bonus scheme.

What would be my responsibilities?

As an R&D Engineer, your role is dynamic, involving the development of new products and processes. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the creation and improvement of processes, products, and technologies. Your tasks will include researching, designing, testing, and implementing new material production processes, enhancing existing methods, and collaborating with a team of skilled engineers and scientists. What qualifications and skills are required?

  • A relevant recent degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related.
