Projects include schools, offices, car dealerships, care homes, hotels, student accommodation, retail parks and supermarkets.
As a Business Administrator Apprentice you ll be
Answering incoming calls, providing cover on reception and setting up meeting rooms
Uploading documents onto the document management system ensuring correct protocols are followed
Attending project handover meetings and taking minutes
Providing support to the PA to the Directors in setting up meetings, typing letters, reports and emails and producing spreadsheets and presentations as required
Printing and photocopying of documents and plans
Filing using both electronic and paper systems
