Brief Overview of the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join the team, assisting with office duties across the company. You must make sure you portray a positive image, of the company, at all times and provide an excellent administration service. You will need good organisational and communication skills.

Main Duties:

As a Business Administration Apprentice your role will be varied and interesting. Some of the duties involved will be as follows:

* Maintain spreadsheets

* General filing

* Taking telephone calls

* Sending and replying to emails

* Ensure incoming telephone calls are answered and dealt with promptly

* Maintain database

* Any other tasks required

* Good communication skills

* Team working

* Able to use initiative

* Ability to work under pressure

* Display patience

* Accountable

Working Pattern:-

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (half an hour unpaid lunch)

Total hours per week: 40

Desired Qualifications:

GCSE 4/C or equivalent in Maths and English

Training to be Given:

Business Administration Level 3

This will consist of blended learning with 1-2-1 meetings with your trainer
This is work based learning therefore no day release.

The host company, R H Nuttall, are passionate about bringing new talent into the business. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time permanent position may be offered. This will be at the discretion of the employer.
