Design Business Interiors Limited, a Wigan-based Design and Build company with over 30 years of expertise in the commercial fit-out industry, is seeking an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Working closely under the guidance of our Senior QS, you'll be involved in nationwide leisure and office fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior QS in project management and cost analysis of multiple projects
- Reporting of profit and loss
- Valuation reports
- Subcontractor negotiation and analysis
- Material procurement and reporting
- Tender and cost presentations
- Attend site and project meetings regularly
- Contribute to nationwide fit-out projects
Requirements:
- Possess a Quantity Surveying degree
- Proficient in industry software
- Preferably have experience in commercial fit-out projects
- Full UK driving license required
Additional Details:
- Location: Wigan-based with nationwide project involvement
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Benefits: Company pension, health scheme, performance bonus
- Compensation: £28k - £50k, commensurate with experience
