Main Description

We’re looking for apprentices to join our dynamic customer care team where you will provide guidance and support via the telephone to a wide variety of customers. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer support and focus on ensuring we exceed our customer’s expectations at all times.

Main Description

  • Provide customers with product information, support with account opening and maintenance and answering general queries
  • Build rapport with customers to resolve issues and queries in a timely manner
  • Meet established customer service goals, including call quality, productivity and customer acquisition
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers
