Think Trevor James is currently working with a firm of accountants in Bury looking to add a school leaver who's keen to get their career in accountancy started.
The firm will initially offer exposure to accounts production but as the accounts assistant gets to grip with that they will be offered more responsibilities and lots of opportunities to develop a career.
The firm will offer AAT and then ACCA or ACA studies as part of the package, with regular reviews.
