As an Academy Apprentice you will experience multiple depot roles to develop skills relating to sales, account management, warehousing, and administration.
You will be required to deal with a variety of customers at the Trade Counter and over the telephone, and will be involved in incoming & outgoing deliveries, stock control and the basic administration related to these functions.
You will learn to provide customer quotes and orders and build relationships, to provide a high-quality service that encourages repeat business.
A key element of your role will be to gain and maintain technical knowledge of the products and services offered together with the systems used within the business.

Trade Supplier Level 2 - Intermediate Apprenticeship
Training provided by in house Learning & Development Team
Support from external training provider
15 Month programme including minimum 12 month learning period plus end point assessment
GCSE Maths and English desired but not essential, as these will be covered during the apprenticeship
