MyKindaFuture

About this apprentice employer

MyKindaFuture works with over 4,500 schools and have established societies within over 50 university campuses. Trusted by students and educators alike, we have over 32 years’ experience working with young people and their influencers.

For Students:

MyKindaFuture help students explore their career options post-education, be that apprenticeships, college, or university and graduate employment. We do this by enabling young people to have face-to-face contact with a wide range of employers and experience the different career routes and opportunities on offer.

Additionally, through engaging in our activities run in schools, colleges and universities (such as our Bright Futures Societies, online challenges and workshops) students will be able to make themselves more competitive in the job market. We can help young people understand more about their strengths and skills, what careers will suit them and guide them to make the best choice about their future career whilst ensuring everything is captured in one place, on their sharable CV.

For Employers:

MyKindaFuture help employers reach the next generation of talent from school leavers to university graduates, and recruit them on to work experience, internship, apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

Critically we give employers access to this talent whilst they are still in education.

To achieve these outcomes we use a mix of face-to-face workshops, online challenges and rich video content, along with rigorous (yet student-friendly) recruitment processes.

Leading companies across the UK have chosen to partner with us, including; Nestlé, Lloyds Banking Group, AIG, Civil Service, Channel 4, PwC, Tesco, HSBC, Rolls Royce and Allen & Overy; in addition to entrepreneurs and government organisations.
