Advanced apprenticeships
For those leaving school with GCSEs or A Levels/Highers looking for Level 3 qualifications, with the potential to progress on to a degree apprenticeship.
What else will you get?
On top of a professionally recognised qualification, you'll get so much more. As an apprentice at Mott MacDonald, you’ll be right in the thick of all the action. As soon as you join us, you’ll be signed up to attend the apprentice weekend, a two day residential event. It’s a weekend of fun and socialising which will challenge you and allow you to develop your key soft skills.
It doesn’t stop there. An apprenticeship is a great route into the industry. Not only will you be earning a salary straight away but you’ll also get the chance to expand your knowledge by attending university or college once a week. You’ll be given a mentor to support your development while learning from our industry experts on the job and constantly discovering new and exciting things.
