The FDAP programme exists to recruit and train the next wave of employees looking to develop their careers. Apprentices are employed by one of the dealers in our dealer network across a range of disciplines including car and van technician, body repair specialists, sales, customer service and business administration personnel. The FDAP recruits approximately 500 new apprentices every year to meet the growing needs of our dealer network. The Programme is prize-winning having been awarded the Macro Employer of the year award by the National Apprenticeship Service in 2015.
